Anti-cPLA2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2) and is supplied as an unconjugated, liquid preparation at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal region of human cPLA2, enabling it to detect endogenous levels of cPLA2 protein across human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
