Anti-CPI-17 (phospho-T38) Antibody

This Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against CPI-17 phosphorylated at threonine 38 and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human CPI-17 around the threonine 38 phosphorylation site, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous CPI-17 only when phosphorylated at Thr38. The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), approx. pH 7.2, containing 0.05% sodium azide. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The CPI-17 target migrates at approximately 22 kDa.
