Anti-CPI-17 (K32) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against CPI-17, directed at the region around residue K32. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 2–50 of human CPI-17, and detects endogenous levels of CPI-17 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 22 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
