Anti-CPA1 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-100 of human CPA1 (NP_001859.1) and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500-1:1,000 is recommended, while ICC/IF applications are typically performed at 1:50-1:200. The target protein migrates at approximately 45 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.
