Anti-COXII Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody to COXII from Antibodies.com is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of COXII protein in human and mouse samples. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 49-63 of mouse COXII and purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target migrates at approximately 26 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.3.
