Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against COXI and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is supplied unconjugated and reacts with mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 433-445 of mouse COXI, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of COXI protein.
The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of >95% by SDS-PAGE. The target molecular weight is approximately 57 kDa.
