Anti-COX7A2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to COX7A2, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) in human samples. The antibody is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, of the IgG isotype, and of polyclonal clonality.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 33–115 of human COX7A2 (NP_001856.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 11 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.
