Anti-COX6c (R40) Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 11-60 of human COX6c, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of COX6c protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 9 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
