Description
Antibodies.com supplies a Rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated IgG antibody raised against COX6B1. The reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-86 of human COX6B1 (NP_001854.1) and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on Human and Mouse samples.
Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and corresponds to a target protein of 13 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000.
The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
