Anti-COX5A Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant human COX5A immunogen and is designed to detect the endogenous level of total COX5A, a nuclear-encoded subunit of cytochrome c oxidase (complex IV) of the mitochondrial respiratory chain. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺, and preserved with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been confirmed to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of cell-biology and mitochondrial-research workflows.
