Anti-COX4I1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets COX4I1, also referred to as COX IV. The unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP).

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 23–169 of human COX IV (NCBI accession NP_001852.1) and was affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target has a reported molecular weight of 17 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:1,000–1:5,000, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 and IP 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
