Anti-Cox2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from human Cox2 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG formulation at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. The immunogen corresponds to an epitope of the Cox2 target, and the antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, ensuring that it recognizes endogenous levels of the total Cox2 protein. The buffer composition is phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative and 50% glycerol for stability.
