Anti-COX1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cyclooxygenase-1 (COX1), a constitutive ~70 kDa membrane-associated enzyme encoded by the PTGS1 gene that catalyzes basal prostaglandin synthesis in most tissues. The IgG reagent is validated for western blot detection of the 70 kDa band and for immunocytochemistry on cultured cells, with confirmed reactivity against human and mouse samples.
