Anti-COX1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 400 to the C-terminus of mouse COX1 (NP_904330.1) and is validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry with human and mouse samples. Recommended dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC.

The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, with an apparent molecular weight of 37 kDa. It is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, following affinity purification. Storage instructions are to ship at 4°C, aliquot upon receipt, and store at -20°C while avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
