Anti-Cox-4(C-terminus) Antibody

This unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody targets the C-terminal region of cytochrome c oxidase subunit 4 (Cox-4), a nuclear-encoded mitochondrial inner membrane protein and core component of respiratory chain complex IV. Cox-4 is widely used as a mitochondrial loading control alongside other respiratory chain subunits, and the C-terminal epitope recognized by this clone supports detection of the endogenous protein across multiple species.
