A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cox-4 and is raised against recombinant full length Human Cox-4 as immunogen. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of Cox-4 protein with a molecular weight of ~20 kDa.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
