Anti-Cox-2 (T594) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises the Cox-2 target at the T594 epitope. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and is unconjugated.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the C-terminus of Human Cox-2, and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of Cox-2 protein. Following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, purity is reported as >95% by SDS-PAGE.

The antibody is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 74 kDa.
