Anti-Cox-1 (S585) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Cox-1, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies portfolio. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 555-600 of human Cox-1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and specifically detects endogenous levels of Cox-1 protein. The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 70 kDa.
