Generated in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets cyclooxygenase-1 (Cox-1), the constitutively expressed enzyme that converts arachidonic acid into prostaglandin H2 and drives baseline prostaglandin signaling across most human tissues.
