Anti-COUP-TFI Antibody

This unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against COUP-TFI (NR2F1), an orphan nuclear receptor that binds AGGTCA direct-repeat response elements and functions largely as a transcriptional repressor. Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human samples, the antibody is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot in a vial and is intended for research use only. For handling, aliquot on receipt and store frozen; repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve activity. The reagent is used to map NR2F1 distribution during cortical and diencephalic patterning, to characterize developmental angiogenesis, and to investigate loss-of-function mechanisms associated with Bosch-Boonstra-Schaaf optic atrophy syndrome.
