Anti-COT2 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal unconjugated antibody raised against COT2, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of total COT2 protein.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the N-terminal region of human COT2. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

Storage recommendations are shipment at 4 °C, followed by aliquoting and storage at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
