Anti-Cortactin (phospho-Y466) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Cortactin (phospho-Y466). The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Specificity is directed to endogenous Cortactin protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr466. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 360–418 of Human TFDP1 — and purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target band runs at approximately 85 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
