Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com selectively recognizes cortactin only when tyrosine 466 is phosphorylated, the regulatory site whose modification is tied to actin cytoskeleton remodeling, lamellipodial dynamics, and invadopodia formation during cell migration.
