This unconjugated polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and specifically recognizes Coronin 3, an actin-binding protein involved in cytoskeletal remodeling, cell motility, and phagocytosis. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows.
Coronin 3 (also designated CORO1C) participates in actin filament organization and has been implicated in vesicle trafficking, chemotaxis, and immune synapse formation. The antibody detects the human protein and is reactive with human samples, providing a tool for studies of cytoskeletal dynamics, leukocyte migration, and cancer cell invasion.
As an unconjugated primary antibody, the reagent pairs with HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-conjugated secondary antibodies selected by the researcher for WB, IHC, and IF applications. Store the vial refrigerated between uses and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity.
