Anti-CORIN Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets CORIN and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-110 of human CORIN (NP_006578.2). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and it has been purified by affinity purification. The associated target protein has a molecular weight of 116 kDa. For WB, the recommended dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot specific.
