Anti-COPS3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting COPS3 (also referred to as COPS3/CSN3), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 194–423 of human COPS3 (NP_003644.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 48 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
