Anti-COPS2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the COPS2 protein (also known as TRIP-15, SGN2, or JAB1-containing signalosome subunit 2) and is supplied at 50 µl with a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺, containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of human COPS2 and specifically detects endogenous levels of total COPS2 protein in samples from human, mouse, and rat. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), making it suitable for cell-based and biochemical studies of COP9 signalosome subunit function.
