Anti-COPS2 Antibody

Available from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets COPS2 (also designated CSN2), a subunit of the COP9 signalosome complex. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–310 of human COPS2 (NP_004227.1), and the antibody recognises a target with a molecular weight of 52 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, purified by affinity chromatography and shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100, with concentration reported as lot specific.
