Anti-COPG1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and specifically recognises the COPG1 target in human, mouse and rat samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the polyclonal antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 555-874 of human COPG1 (NP_057212.1). Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has undergone affinity purification. The indicated molecular weight of the target is 105 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
