Anti-COPE Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to COPE, supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The antibody is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 34 kDa, and the manufacturer-recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–308 of human COPE (NP_009194.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
