Anti-COPB2 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com Primary Antibodies range, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against COPB2, supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and was raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 657–906 of human COPB2 (NP_004757.1).

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity-purified. The target protein has a molecular weight of 102 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
