A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against beta COP (COPB1), available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB). The reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supported by 1 scientific validation image.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 460-740 of human COPB1 (NP_057535.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 110 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:1,000-1:2,000. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific.

Storage: shipped at 4°C; upon receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
