Anti-Connexin 43 (phospho-S367) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Connexin 43 (phospho-S367), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Connexin 43 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 367, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Connexin 43 only when phosphorylated at Ser367. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein, Connexin 43, migrates at approximately 43 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
