Description
Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targets COLQ and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and detects endogenous levels of COLQ protein.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human COLQ. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 48 kDa.
