Anti-COLQ Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets COLQ (collagen-like tail subunit of asymmetric acetylcholinesterase), the structural protein that anchors acetylcholinesterase (AChE) to the synaptic basal lamina of the neuromuscular junction. COLQ forms the triple-helical collagen domain that tethers the catalytic Ache subunits, and loss-of-function mutations in the COLQ gene are the principal genetic cause of endplate AChE deficiency, a form of congenital myasthenic syndrome (CMS).
