This Mouse monoclonal reagent, clone BS-1, is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody recognising both Colorectal Carcinoma-associated antigens and the CD3 T-cell marker in a single preparation. The dual specificity makes it a useful tool for characterising tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes alongside epithelial tumour cells in human colorectal cancer specimens, supporting immunology and oncology research that examines how T cells distribute within the tumour microenvironment.

Each vial contains 100 µg of lyophilised antibody, supplied unconjugated and bearing the IgG1/IgG2a isotype, which gives researchers flexibility to pair the reagent with a wide choice of labelled secondary antibodies. The clone is validated for ELISA and Flow Cytometry (FC) workflows against human samples, enabling both soluble-antigen detection assays and cell-surface immunophenotyping of CD3+ T cells isolated from tumour digests, draining lymph nodes, or peripheral blood.

For reconstitution, the lyophilised pellet is resuspended in sterile buffer; once rehydrated, aliquots should be stored refrigerated and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity. Laboratories investigating immune-cell infiltration scores, co-expression patterns of tumour and lymphoid markers in patient biopsies, or the spatial relationship between malignant epithelial cells and infiltrating T lymphocytes will find this BS-1 reagent a practical addition to a colorectal research antibody panel.
