Anti-Colorectal Carcinoma Antibody [Y94] - Identical to Thermo (MA1-21392)

Clone Y94, a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com, is intended for the immunohistochemical detection of colorectal carcinoma in human tissue sections. The reagent is provided lyophilised at 100 µg per vial and is reconstituted in buffer before use; once reconstituted, it should be stored refrigerated in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles of the stock.

Validated for IHC application on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens, the antibody is used in surgical pathology workflows to identify tumour cells of colonic origin and to support differential diagnosis between primary colorectal adenocarcinoma and morphologically similar metastases from other anatomical sites. Because the product is unconjugated, it is compatible with standard anti-mouse secondary detection polymers, either HRP or alkaline phosphatase, and chromogenic substrates such as DAB or AEC.
