Anti-COLEC12 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against COLEC12, produced using a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 60–270 of human COLEC12 (NP_569057.1). It belongs to the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation, with a reported molecular weight of 110 kDa. The formulation is phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for western blotting, the reagent reacts with human and mouse samples and is recommended for WB at a working dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000. Antibody concentration is lot specific. For handling, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
