Anti-COLEC11 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against COLEC11, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The target is collectin sub-family member 11 (COLEC11), and the antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, reacting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 26–271 of human COLEC11 (NP_076932.1), and the reagent is purified by affinity purification. It is supplied in phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The reported molecular weight of the target is 29 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
