Anti-COL8A1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets COL8A1 and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised in rabbits against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human COL8A1 and detects endogenous levels of the COL8A1 protein. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
