Anti-COL6A2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against COL6A2 (Collagen VI) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with human and mouse samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 720–1019 of human COL6A2 (NP_001840.3). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 108 kDa.

For Western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:200–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific, and the reagent is supported by one scientific validation image.
