A Rabbit polyclonal antibody to COL6A1 offered by Antibodies.com, validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised in Rabbit and is reactive with Human and Mouse samples.
It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 19-250 of human Collagen VI/COL6A1 (NP_001839.2). The antibody has a molecular weight of 108 kDa and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, following affinity purification. The recommended dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000.
The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
