Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises COL5A1 (Collagen V) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications in mouse samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been affinity purified. Recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 20–120 of human COL5A1 (NP_000084.3), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 180 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
