Anti-COL4A6 (G1223) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1190-1240 of human COL4A6, enabling selective detection of the Collagen alpha-6(IV) chain. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a liquid at approximately 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at pH ~7.2, and is recommended for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples. Each vial delivers 50 µL of polyclonal IgG raised in rabbit, which has been affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
