Anti-COL4A5 Antibody

Polyclonal rabbit IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against Collagen IV (COL4A5). The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human samples and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with two scientific validation images available.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1462–1691 of human COL4A5 (NP_203699.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 161 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:500–1:1,000 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
