Anti-COL4A1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to COL4A1 (Collagen IV), a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human samples. It is unconjugated, with an IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid preparation.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1445-1669 of human COL4A1 (NP_001836.2), with an apparent molecular weight target of 160 kDa. It is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
