Anti-COL3A1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Collagen III (COL3A1) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1217-1466 of human Collagen III alpha 1 (COL3A1). The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target has a reported molecular weight of 200 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
