Anti-COL1A2 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting COL1A2, available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and, according to the manufacturer's datasheet, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

Manufacturer documentation indicates the antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 500–600 of human Collagen I/COL1A2 (NP_000080.2) and that the target has a molecular weight of 129 kDa. Reported reactivity covers Human, Mouse and Rat samples, while the catalogue entry lists Mouse and Rat. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:25–1:200.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
