Anti-COG4 Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG preparation, this Antibodies.com primary antibody targets COG4, the lobe B peripheral membrane subunit of the eight-subunit Conserved Oligomeric Golgi tethering complex that drives retrograde vesicular traffic between cis- and medial-Golgi cisternae. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot and is validated for western blot and immunofluorescence workflows on samples derived from human, mouse, and rat sources, supporting comparative studies of Golgi architecture, N-glycan maturation, and trafficking defects associated with Saul-Wilson syndrome and other COG-complex glycosylation disorders.
