Anti-COG2 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against COG2 and suitable for western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and has been validated for both applications, with three scientific validation images available.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human COG2 (NP_031383.1) and was affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 88 kDa and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC 1:50-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
